The Public Bar
The public bar is the room where the town and the guests end up in the same place, which is most of the point of a pub in a town this size.
It is fully licensed, with a selection of Tasmanian and other wines, beers, liquors, spirits and cocktails. Coffee is available through the day in the lounge bar, which matters more than it sounds when the weather is doing what it usually does.
Meals are ordered through from the bistro, so you can eat in the bar rather than the dining room if that suits you better.
It is a proper public bar rather than a lounge. There are 2 pool tables, a jukebox, a dart board, and a log fire that runs through the colder months, which on this coast is most of them.
