At Strahan, 40 minutes away
Hogarth Falls
Hogarth Falls is the walk to do in Strahan when you have an hour rather than a day. It starts close to the town and follows a creek through rainforest.

The track is well formed and gentle, which makes it one of the few genuinely accessible rainforest walks on this part of the coast. Families manage it comfortably.
The creek runs alongside most of the way, and the forest closes over the top of the track, so it feels considerably more remote than it is.
If you are doing a Gordon River cruise the same day, this is the walk that fits either side of it.
Stay the night at the Heemskirk
One of the easy wins on a Strahan day trip.
